HISTORY OF ON SPRING
(Formerly located at 1279 N. Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA)

Our first permanent dining location, On Spring is set up to mirror the company's goals and act as a community center for sustainable and healthy food ideals. Agribins are set among dining tables in order to bring a full sense of the farming cycle to the customer. You can eat our raw kale salad surrounded by growing greens or enjoy our Earth sandwich among growing mushrooms. We are also in the process of setting a workshop calendar for the year, which will include permaculture and sustainable living demos and lectures. Our goal at On Spring is to promote sustainable food processes and to create a hub for community engagement.
