While at first glance it may seem that the Urban Green booth at Farmers Market is just another vendor selling homemade, organic goods, this company is doing a whole lot more than just preparing tasty nibbles.

Defined as a "triple bottom line life style company," Urban Green L.A. is a business that values and promotes all aspects of healthy, sustainable and locally grown food. From the food they grow and prepare, to the workshops and films put on at "On Spring," a community event space with a café and edible garden in downtown Los Angeles, this is one business model that packs a lot of punch.
